I feel so great! I'm looking like my old self again only better! My face is thinner, brighter looking! My clothes are fitting great! I feel the weight training is paying off! I love going to the gym! It's so fun. Tonight is yoga and cardio after. I feel its time to stretch and get zen for the weekend ahead!

I feel great today, I went to spin class last night and it was truly amazing! This will be my second week of my gym kick, and I've already lost so many inches! I am not starving myself which I've done in the past. I am choosing the right foods and allow myself one snack 100 calories or less a day.I feel the best that I have in a while. I even wore a Lilly Pulitzer Shirtdress size 6, that I have bought back in the start of spring and it finally looks amazing! I'm not at my goal weight yet, but I feel such a difference!
I have great tips if anyone needs!

:( I was bad yesterday. I had 10 pretzel sticks (organic whole grain) and a 100 calorie Klondike bar. But when I woke up this morning I didn't feel bloated or icky as I've felt in the past if I tend to snack at night. Maybe going to the gym every day is helping me fight bloat. I felt great in my outfit today! Size 4 mini skirt and a cute pink gingham button down :)
