Well last night went well. I went to yoga class after work for a hour. I didn't feel like doing more cardio/ weights after the class. I hope that wasn't bad, but my body has been feeling sore so I thought that I would give it a slight break. But when I sat down and watch True Blood around 9 pm, I was starving so I had some no salt pretzels with natural peanut butter then a 100 calorie klondike bar. I thought I ruined my diet day. But when I got on the scale this am, I actually lost a 1 lb. What is going on!

Oh and for you dieters out there who think they can't have something sweet for breakfast have I got a yummy treat for you! Toast 1 slice of multigrain bread and smear a tiny bit of low fat peanut butter and slice 2 small strawberries and place them on top of the buttered bread. omg you feel like you are cheating!!! It's low in calories and good source of fiber and protien!!!
