So its the middle of September and I feel I am breaking my habit. I've been yo-yo dieting for years. I have this endulgent personality, which I loved food and in college I was all about the late night eating. I felt unhealthy and gross.

I was leaning towards the over 160-165 lbs. In college sometimes I was almost at 170 lbs!!!! Crazy right, well being 5'2'', doesn't really help my cause.

I finally feel like I'm getting into shape. For about a month, I've been going to spin class and the gym. I have noticed a tremendos change in my body and my clothes! Even my parents notice which is great! I finally have a waist which i haven't needed to fake with spanx or a belt! I weighed myself and I was 149 lbs, but I am building muscle too!

I am still going forward on my journey, but I feel I am making progress.
