Happy Hump Day everyone!
I've been doing pretty good with exercising and sticking to healthy foods. I've also discovered sparkling water! Since I have such a hard time with plain water, this has been a wonderful alternative for me...no sweeteners at all. I gave up soda long ago, and this has the carbonation that I like.
I've been really consistent with my morning workouts. I only do a short 20 minute DVD at 4am, and then a longer hour-long workout in the evenings. My go-to's have been Taebo, and also a little Barre and pilates.
I have an extra day off this week (Friday), so will make my meal plan for next week and catch up on some much-needed housework.

Good morning FS!
I was off Friday, and had the BEST 3 day weekend.
Hubby was off, also, and we managed to get chores done Friday, so did a lot of relaxing Saturday and Sunday. I also sold a couple of paintings, which was nice!
The heat has been awful here, so we have been having salads for dinner almost every night. I top them with Gardein crabless cakes, as well as cucumbers from our garden, and they are delicious :) I also was able to exercise an hour both days..kickboxing and cardio DVD's. Hopefully, I'll be more toned soon!
We have sworn off take out, at least for now, which means more cooking for me. I've found some great make-ahead recipes in my Mediterranean cookbook so am pretty excited. I love to cook, and this will make it easier for weeknights.

Finally, the end of the week!
This morning, I was down 3 lbs since Monday, but am not logging it yet because I want to make sure it sticks. We have a large group of family coming in tomorrow, so I will need to stay disciplined.
When I got to the office this morning, it was nearly 90 degrees inside, so I added 'sauna' to my exercise. I've been here for nearly 2 hours and the AC is still not working. We also have 100% humidity :(
I've brought some healthy foods and a lot of sparkling water, so should be a successful day.

Had a great evening Taebo workout, and then an heirloom tomato with Greek vinaigrette for dinner. Feel amazing :)

Good morning and Happy Hump Day!
I was up at 3:30am and ready to exercise. I have re-discovered Taebo, after becoming a little bored with my other DVD's. I had forgotten how much I LOVE it! It's seriously addicting, and I got in two workouts yesterday and one this morning. I plan to do that again after work.
My diet is still good, and I've pretty much eliminated any sugary or junk foods, and gave up sodas long ago. My big question is why do I seem to be gaining steadily...just a little, but still gain. It could be that my calories are too low, I guess, or maybe I'm not drinking enough water? I'll wait a week and see if the really vigorous exercise give me a loss :)
