Good morning!
I'm trying to get into the habit of daily journaling, in addition to logging all food and exercise.
My calories have been a little low, so have added Vega protein shakes to my diet on those days. My food choices have been good, and so far I've been staying away from the sweets at the office. It helps that I prefer savory foods :)
I'm still struggling with drinking water. I'm averaging about 36 oz per day, but need to double that.
Tonight...after decorating for Christmas...I plan to do a kickboxing DVD again, and a kettle bell workout.

I finally decided to get back on FS after being away for a while. My business requires me to be on social media a lot, and it was just becoming too much. It's really important for me to log everything, though, so I can be more aware if I'm snacking too much, etc.
I strained my lower back a few months ago, so exercise has not been as much as I'd like. I feel a little better today, so will do a kickboxing DVD after work, and take a walk around the neighborhood with my hubby.
I have really been trying to make the move from vegetarian to vegan, and have been getting better. For our Thanksgiving luncheon at work, I made a vegan apple spice cake with maple buttercream frosting. It was the only dessert that had absolutely nothing left by the end of the day :)

Haven't logged on in forever, but am once again getting serious about toning and losing a few lbs.
I've bought a case of Vega Protein shakes, and am loading up on Morningstar products, fruits and nuts for quick foods while I'm at work. I'm sticking to Mediterranean cooking when home.

Happy Monday..hope everyone had a good weekend.
I'm still doing IF, and I've noticed that I can't eat much food at all..guess that's a good thing but I only want to lose about 5 more lbs. I haven't been able to finish my dinners, even though I always get small portions.
I'm still drinking a lot of water, and doing some exercise. I pulled my lower back late last week, so can't do my usual vigorous workouts. I'll stick to pilates and Barre for now.
I planted some new seeds in our veggie garden last weekend, and now have kale, radish, green bell pepper, arugula, spinach, and cherry tomatoes sprouted, so looking forward to harvesting soon!
