Good morning!
The weekend was really good, and I did IF..don't plan on stopping that anytime soon. I stayed under 1200 calories, but did have a tiny dairy-free ice cream cheat. I didn't feel guilty since I did do Taebo and Pilates Saturday and Sunday.
I brought some good food to work today. I've decided to try and go from vegetarian to vegan. I'm trying a new bowl by Green Giant, called a Burrito Bowl. It's actually cauliflower with sauce..can't wait to try it. I've been vegetarian for so many years that I thought going vegan would be simple. IT'S NOT! I'm pretty good about catching the obvious things like dairy, etc., but I will need to change the way I bake. Luckily, I have some vegan friends at work, and they should have some tips.
I brought my sneakers to walk/run the stairs at work today, so will do that and some squats on my lunch hour.

Good morning!
It's almost the weekend, yay :) I was up at 3:30 am and did a quick cardio DVD as well as 50 kettle bell dead lifts and swings each. I absolutely love my kettle bell, and it seems to work my entire body, judging from how sore my inner thighs are from yesterday, lol.
I'm still loving IF, and hope to make it a lifestyle change. I tried it long-term last year, and then my schedule became to hard to work around it. I normally fast for at least 12 hours anyway, so shouldn't be too hard to make 16/8 work.

Good morning!
I'm pretty happy to be doing IF again daily. I was a bit too far under my calorie goal of 1200 yesterday, only eating about 600 cals. I think I'll do a lot better today since I brought overnight oats. I'm also doing okay with water, surprisingly. Hopefully that will become a habit.
I was too tired to work out last night..Mondays!...but will do a kettle bell workout and Taebo when I get home this evening.
I've brought healthy choices to work, and have been successfully avoiding all of the donuts, cookies, cake laying around the office :)

Good morning!
My back is still hurting, so have not been doing vigorous exercise. I'm back to IF, and drinking lots of water. I'm hoping to burn off some of this fat I've been storing in the tummy area. I work out regularly, but need to add more cardio and walking.
As of this weekend, I've moved from long time vegetarian to vegan. I expect to slip up occasionally just because I'm not used to checking labels quite that closely, but think I'll get the hang of it :)
