Gain. 😥However, I've been eating a lot. Still over twice the calories I have said I wanted to consume. Lots of carbs. I have decided not to participate in the upcoming 5k Fun Walk that I've done for the past 4-5 years. I am so depressed. I'm hosting a Baby Shower on May 20 for my stepdaughter. I'm dreading it but it was my bright idea so I'm stuck doing it but I will get through this and hopefully find the strength to remove myself from this situation that depresses me so much.

Feeling sick 🤢 today. Even if I weren't feeling so terrible, I'd likely be in a bad mood. Cloudy, dreary, ugly day here. I am dissatisfied with nearly every aspect of my life currently. I really hate to be this way. In fact, despite my depression, I'm not always doom and gloom. Oh, something wonderful and positive I did: I purchased one of those water infusing pitchers and made delicious cucumber 🥒 lemon 🍋 water! It not only looks beautiful but tastes refreshing! I'm down to one soda per day now and yesterday drank my infused water and didn't even miss my afternoon Pepsi, Coke or Dr. Pepper! My allergies are causing this headache/sinus infection. I'm not one to take medication but I'm going to have to take something.
