ok'ish day. I didn't really eat enough, but it is what it is

Decent day. it was cardio day today. 60 minutes of steady state cardio (walking) followed by 35 minutes of boxing (10Rounds).

Another solid day. Was not crazy about dinner. Ingredients were ok, but the sauce was "meh". I need to find a good, sweet/spicy stir fry sauce.

It was a Monday, that is for sure. not sure if I am liking this full body, 5 days a week routine. I feel like I get more work in doing spits (upper, lower, cardio... repete).
