I hope everyone had a good holiday (for those that celebrate Thanksgiving). Time now to buckle back down and work on cutting till New Years Eve. Hopefully I can lose about 15 more lbs by then. Tall order, but its a goal

Tried pre-workout for the first time today (a company I ordered protein powder from sent a sample).. damn!!! I definitely was able to lift longer today than I usually do. I don't think I will keep taking it though.

2 workouts today. 50 minutes of upper body focused weights and 35 minutes of boxing (10 Rounds). You know its a good workout when you are shaking after.
And as a bonus, as of today I am on VACATION!! Woo hoo! Not that I am going anywhere, just not work. I do have a bunch of songs to learn for NYE though, so I will probably spend the week learning Lizzo, Gayle, Dua Lipa, and more. Fun times!

Workout done! 10 Rounds boxing from BeachBody. Probaby one of my favorite workouts to do. Also got in a legs focused lifting session earlier too.

Both weight and body fat is down. Now I just need to keep this up
