I bought a Nutri Bullet, and the past two days have been mixing raw fruits and veggies, and drinking the blended mixture. I can't say it's the most delicious stuff I ever drank, but I know it's good for me, and I want to get serious about losing weight. I don't really know the proper ingredients to put in it, and I know there are some things I should add ('boosts"), but I don't have those things right now. Yesterday I mixed kale, zucchini, spinach, avocado, watermelon, purple grapes, cantaloupe, mango and strawberries together and drank it. The kale made it not as yummy as I could have been, but it was doable, and I drank it all. This morning I blended raw green beans, spinach, a banana, about 1/2 an apple, and some regular oatmeal. It's still not yummy, but a bit better than yesterday, and not impossible to drink. I did weigh a LITTLE less this morning, though only two-tenths. That's still better than gaining! I will be painting fencing I'm putting up later today so, hopefully, that will help. You all are inspiring me to do better! Thank you for being there!

I think I am finally getting rid of the water weight (or whatever it was) caused by the Prednisone! I was down to 189.4 this morning. However, my daughter took me to dinner (Outback) and a movie tonight for my birthday (which was yesterday the 19th), and I'm sure I will end up with a little extra weight because of that. I did spend an hour and a half mowing the lawn yesterday, which may help some. I still have 1/3 of the front yard and all of the back to mow, yet, so maybe I can work off the Outback!
