OK...week one (weekdays anyway) is almost over and I'VE DONE IT!! I exercised daily and maintained my diet. Yeah!! It hasn't been as hard as I expected, but I know I'm more psyched right now than I will be next week, and then all the weeks after that.
Had lunch yesterday at the Cheesecake Factory and then dinner at Cindy's....overall the day turned out OK, but it was rough.
Today, I've been cleaning house most of the day so I'm hoping those extra calories burned will show up on the scale next week.
Tomorrow, I'm thinking of riding my bike over to a friend's, just to see if I can. I go there 3X a week to walk, so if the bike ride's not too bad, I may do that in addition to my walk those 3 days...we'll see.
Better go now and finish cleaning. Fun!!

Day two! I think I like this software, but there's a lot to it. I think I've figured it out though.
So my diet story...I've gained and lost these same 30 pounds so many times!! I hate it...I'm a PERFECT yo-yo dieter. My top weight keeps creeping up though, and that's what's scary. It sucks and I know how unhealthy that is for my body.
I have two beautiful daughters and have finally decided to not have more kiddos. So, no more babies = time to get in shape for the last time (yeah right!!)!
I am going to do my best though! I NEED to watch what I eat and I NEED to exercise, it's just a matter of doing it! I've always said, it's 90% in your mind!! Hopefully my mind is right this time to stick with it long-term. Maintenance is my downfall, but I plan to stay with sites like this to stay motivated. I was wondering if there was a site for maintenance only....only for those of us that have such a hard time keeping it off. Has anyone heard of one?

OK...here we go on Day One! I'm very excited to be TRYING again! I've been slacking off for so long. I've just got to realize that I'M WORTH IT and it's up to ME to take care of my body. I KNOW I CAN DO IT, I just need to stick to the goal. I'm praying daily for God's help with this, and I know my faith can carry me through!!
