Yesterday was my first 1200-calorie day, and I made it! I'm pretty happy with that. It was hard, but not as hard as I thought. It does require constant awareness of where my thoughts are at, so that I don't translate stress into hunger.

I am going to follow the Curves Weight Management Plan. I will start this Wednesday with the Phase I diet.

I felt stronger during my workout today. I did 3 circuits + 3 machines.
PJ and I went to Bullman's Pizza last night for a date night. That meal pretty much blew a crater in my calories for yesterday. I kind of knew it would, though. Starting tomorrow, I will restrict to 1200 calories for 1 week. After that, I will increase to 1500 calories for 23 days. We'll see how it goes. I've never really monitored my intake before. This will be good for me.
