Damn I need a nap after that work out riding uphill is a B@@@@! muscles are burning had to find shade on the way back so I don't suffer from heat stroke like last time. :( had to rehydrate when I got home and have a couple pieces of fruit to boost my energy up again..

Feeling a little lethargic today, maybe had to much for my lunch yesterday. Figure out what im gonna do to pick myself up, maybe walk a lot faster and ride a little longer .... yep i'll try that ...

I gonna have a lazy day today, only exercise for me will be lite house work around the house ... My daily menu plan has become like 2nd nature since I started this journey in feb ... loving the results.
