Have started to limit my carbs or fruit that I consume a day... Truly had no idea how much sugar was in them, well the amount I was consuming anyway... Thanks Suzie :)... feeling better for it to ... so cold turkey on the Wheaties for breakfast and only 1 piece of fruit a day ...

Well my weigh-in proves it .700g gain. I know there must be more to it then the wheat I'm eating for breakfast for the weight gain, but I'm going to start there and hope it alleviates or suppresses my appetite and find an alternative meal for breakfast. This morning I had tuna from a can in spring water... love tuna its so versatile can eat it for every meal in so many different ways packed with heat.

Good Morning... Just had my wheaties and decided to have a couple boiled eggs as well not a good move but i did and all i could think about was how nice a pkt of chips would go down in a egg sandwich... Cant explain whats going on with me but for a couple days now i feels like im always hungry ... but im not. Its like all I want to eat is foods I shouldn't be eating and its doing my head in!... shhheeesh.
