Free day - took the grand children to chuck e cheese. Went a little over in calories, not by much. I hope it doesn't raise my weight.
Starting back on the soup diet again tomorrow.

I found that keeping my calories below 1200 with lower days in between seems to be working. I've been following the 7 day diet for heart patients.
Made my own version of the soup, eating less, doing boxing.

I was reading how others are dieting. So, today I made myself soup. I am going to try a quick weight loss to maybe get me motivated. The diet for heart surgery patients.
I read up on it and most said it worked but you regained it quickly. I decided to incorporate it into the 7 day diet plan that was also for heart patients.
Today soup and fruit; tomorrow soup and veggies; etc. etc. etc.
We'll see what the scale says tomorrow. :-)

Did good all day - pigged out at night. Can't seem to get on the right path. Just don't have it in me. UGG!

Today, I started counting calories - will stay at 1300 per day! Eating what I like (yogurt, fruit, meat and veggies).
I also did 5 minutes of boxing this morning. I will keep to this morning regiment. And, add another 5 minutes or maybe even 10 minutes at night.
Any activity is better than none. I will do this for one week and see where it gets me. I have tried everything else, Atkins, soups, Weight Watchers, etc. Now I will try sensible eating with exercise!
WOW - what an idea duh!
