I went way over my calories yesterday and will probably go over today, because we're at the beach for my birthday, which will be this Tuesday. We go back home today, which sucks.😔 My husband and I are having fun though

yayy. I lost another lb. It actually may be a little more, because I forgot to weigh myself soon as I woke up. This weight is after coffee and breakfast. This weight loss may also be the result of the stomach bug I had on Wednesday. I was having bad stomach cramps and diarrhea. Hopefully the loss is here to stay and I keep losing. I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow morning when I wake up to see if it's less.

I'll be eating way over my calories today, especially for dinner. My husband and I 23 year anniversary was yesterday, so we're going out for dinner tonight to celebrate.

I'm happy I'm losing weight and I'm starting to feel better. I felt my stomach getting bigger and I was feeling uncomfortable in my body like I felt before I started my fitness journey in 2020. I would really like to lose my stomach. I have been trying since 2020. I really don't know if it's realistic that I'll ever have flat abs. I'm guessing not. I'll just keep trying, that's all I can do.
