I'm trying to do intuitive eating. I still keep track of my calories, but trying not stress over them. I'm trying to eat more fruits and vegetables, but it's not always easy, because my priority is protein and I sometimes get full before I can eat fruit or vegetables

Starting today on my birthday I'll be getting back on track with my calories. I ate way over for three days in a row to celebrate my birthday. It's now time to get back on track

I'll get back on track with eating at the end of the week. We went to Cheesecake factory for dinner last night on our way home and I still have to eat my Cheesecake. I'll probably eat the Cheesecake today after work and after dinner. Lol
