My mri results say I have mild bilateral lateral stenosis L2-L3 ans L5-S1 and moderate bilateral lateral stenosis L3-4 and moderate lateral stenosis L4-L5. Mild disc bulge L2-S1. I was supposed to go back to work today after being off two weeks for vacation, but woke up sick. My right arm is still hurting when I do certain movements with it, which is supposedly tendonitis. I'm so frustrated with my body. I'm falling apart. I looked up the stenosis and there's no way to stop it from progressing and I may eventually have to get back surgery, which I pray I don't have to. I still get back pain, but not as bad as it was at first, but at times it is painful

Starting tomorrow I will be getting back on track with my eating. Vacation is over now. I get my mri tomorrow, but I won't get the results until some time next week. I had to do upper body only at the gym and we did exercises that wouldn't irritate my lower back at all. This is so frustrating, I miss doing lower body, but I have to wait to see what the results show first. My back isn't as bad as it was at first, but it still gets irritated. The prednisone seemed to help and prayer

The doctor said it seems like a herniated disc and not muscular. He pressed on my lower back, but it didn't hurt and my right leg is a little weaker than the left and the pain runs down my right leg and right buttocks. He put a referral in for a MRI, but the will take a little bit and the insurance might deny, which I hope they don't. My arm is tendonitis he said and I know there's not much you can do with that, because I have it in my left wrist. I just can't catch a break. I'm only 44 and I'm falling apart. This sucks so bad. It makes it worse the fact I'm trying to be healthy, get strong and work out. The gym helps me get threw stress and frustrations of my life also😢😥😤😡😓

I went to work yesterday. I was in pain. My coworkers helped me out with moving patients. I had no choice, because my vacation starts today and I didn't want it to look bad calling off yesterday. I feel a little better today, but it still hurts. I'm taking prednisone and that seems to be helping. I am going to the Dr's today. I want to see if I can get an MRI, but I'm sure that will be a process with the insurance and all. I didn't want to check myself in at work, because that bill would have been thousands
