Have been working out twice a day, 6 days a week for the past two weeks. Preparing for a Half Marathon. Trying to keep daily intake to 1200 cal, less carbs, low fat, high protein.
Veri difficult to stay out of carbs.

After a long time, starting weight loss program again. More than weight loss, my objective is to lower my body fat percentage.
This Friday I will weigh in. It will be my starting point.
Got inspired by watching Ghandi movie this weekend. If he can fast to the point of near death for the good of his nation, I can sure cut back in carbs and eat more fruits and veggies, it does not seem like a terrible sacrifice now.

I love eating carbs, toasted bread, rice, potatoes, anything starchy. I am trying to leave some of the carbs out, add protein to my daily intake, along with increasing fresh fruits and vegetables. 3/6/2012
