Started yesterday, did 12 push ups. Not bad for a start.
Today 10/8/13 did one set of 12, break, one set of 15 push ups.
Just want to get stronger!!!!

Ok. Seriously. Now I realy need to start losing weight. Today I am wearing my skinny pants and they don't feel good at all! Problem is when I only eat salads and protein I feel so hungry. I work out regularly. I run. But I am really addicted to bread, and rice, and potatoes, and any other savory carbs. But today is a brand new day. I feel strong enough to do it. So here is my resolution: keep the journal of my daily intake, keep the calories to 1200. Make sure my meals are loaded with protein/nutrition. No more alcoholic beverages. Start long runs on Saturday again: 6 miles this Saturday. No excuses.
Keep busy. Do not buy snacks. Do not keep any treats in the house. Make ahead snacks of celery, carrots, raw almonds and lots of water.
Plan the weekly meals ahead.
Wellness coach just came in. Blood pressure good. BMI 21, %BF 27.1
Will to post better numbers soon.
