Ok. Weight still the same.
I need to verify I enter all the food, and maybe I don't burn as many calories for the exercise as the standards in the database. It has only been two weeks I have been following my 1200 calorie restriction. I have followed it pretty good. I hope next week starts showing some results.

Feeling better today. Back to exercise today. It has been so hot here in So Cal, nights were so balmy. Sweating just from sitting down! I am supposed to run 8 miles this Saturday, I really hope the weather is better than the past two weekends, so hot and humid.
It is hard to stay away from carbs. I think it is true one gets addicted to the happiness of eating bread, rice and potatoes.

Wellness coach came today. BP very good 110/70. Haven't really lost weight yet. I will weigh at home, same scale I used for last entry.
We have had some very hot days, and I have a cold/sore throat. Did not exercise Sunday or Monday, but didn't rest either. Need to get well. Running last Saturday did not do any good.

I have done well for the past three days. Staying on target with the calories, and exercising. I am waiting until Saturday to weigh myself. I don't want to see the scale too soon and see no progress at all. That is always so discouraging. I have noticed in my pie chart for food intake, how hard it is for me to add enough protein, and lessen the amount of carbs.

I have gained a lot of weight. Unable to control my eating in the evenings.
Have been working out 6 days a week, but obviously eating a lot more calories than necessary. I need to organize my meals, and lower my bad carbs (bread).
