load day 1 for hcg

Will be starting HCG in about a week or so. Ordering the program tonight. Am tired of seeing myself in the mirror, and hating the way all my clothes look on me. Goal is to wear size 6 jeans. Currently wear size 10.

Starting to notice that my regular jeans are fitting a little looser. Especially in the legs.

Took measurements this am. Only thing down is my thighs. Others have gone up, some down. Haven't been eating as well as I know I should, keep going back to the easter candy. But I've stayed away for a few days, and renewed myself. Wore my old fave jeans last Saturday, they were tight, but not too tight. Felt good to be back in them again. Working to a size 6, think I'd be happy there. Only 2 sizes away!!

Began weight training at the gym (full body circuit) every other day, as well as cardio. Will be doing cardio only on off-weight days.
