My starting weight was 361 over 8 weeks ago. I have worked hard to get where I am now, and I appreciate those who have helped me get to this point. I feel better about myself now that I have been on this journey. I aint ready to quit just yet, but I just felt the need to enter this entry. I have went down in a pant size and a shirt size, and it definitely gives me more confidence that I haven't had in a long time. I hope to continue to motivate myself and keep my mind focused on reaching my ultimate goal.

As of this past Friday I have completed my first phase in the Prism diet. So far so good. This weekend has been a shame weekend. Friday and Saturday I will consider them my shame days. lol I'm too embarrassed to even make food entries for those days. I'm entering my 2nd phase which allows wheat bread. I'm a lil scared that I will go crazy so I may just remain on the same food path as phase 1 and just gradually add wheat bread every other day. So far I have lost 33lbs in 6 weeks, which is great, but I guess I wanted to lose lots more. I'm trying to remain positive. Last week i was unable to workout as often, but i still managed to lose 3lbs last week. This week I'm gonna be back at it, working out twice a day five days this week. My determination needs a kick start and I'm hoping to get back on the right track this week.
