Well I'm beginning week 14 of the Prism Diet. So far so good. School has started back and I'm trying to maintain these two-a-days. As long as I'm continuing to see the numbers drop then I will continue to be happy. I've still have a long way to go, but each day I remind myself that I'm that much closer to my goal. I am now able to wear clothes that I haven't been able to wear in years. It makes me feel good that I can actually tell now that I'm losing weight. I thought that day would never come. I feel that I've lost weight, but visually it's still hard for me to see what others see in me. I'm focused and determined that I will reach my goal hopefully by March.
