Not having such a good day...I have had feelings of just throwing in the towel, but Finnldy keeps me motivated. I am inspired by her determination...so thank you Finnsldy. I know tomorrow will be a new day and a frest start.......

Well I worked out last night, after not working out for a whole week....but for today and probably the rest of the week will be a challenge...I'm PMSing....and when that happens I tend to get a sweet tooth and a bottomless stomach...Trying to stay strong....

So if anyone watches Real Housewives of Atlanta.....You know how Phaedra's husband Appolo loves Canned Green Beans......well that's me right now...I'm obsessed with Canned Green Beans with I can't Believe its not butter Spray Butter, Salt and Pepper....(YUM)...weird huh? Well at least its not really bad for me!!! LOL

My friend Felicia told me about FatSecret and I signed up today....and I love it, I am really motivated to finally lose the last 10 pounds....Friday's have always been my cheat day and today is no exception....Can you believe I had 2 Western Bacon Cheeseburgers for lunch....WHOA!!! But last night my boyfriend and I went for a 2 1/2 mile walk at midnight....DOUBLE WHOA....so that should cancel out at least one my burgers right...LOL
