Feeling very frustrated and un-motivated lately....I haven't been on here in awhile and wanted to check in to try to find some motivation from others, by reading there journals. I don't know what it is....I don't have that much more to lose, but it feels like its never going to come off and I'll never reach my goal weight. I don't know what to do anymore.........uggghhhhhh.....Don't mind me I'm just being a cry baby today

So I'm exactly the same weight that I was 2 weeks ago...A little frustrating...but last week I didnt' want to enter my weight because the scale said 136.2....I was really really upset....I didn't understand why either because I was doing well that week regarding food and exercise....So I should be thankful that the scale went down from last week....I need to stay motivated. When stuff like this happens I tend to want to say forget it and throw in the towel....but I have to remember and focus on the wedding that I'm in, in September. There are going to be lots of pictures being taken, and I want to look my best. Enjoy the rest of your week and weekend.....Stay motivated and keep pushing....

So its been over a week since I've checked in...Last Thursday I got on the scale and didn't like what I saw...It showed a 3 pound gain..I was good all week with my food and exercise, so when I saw that it really got me down, I was so disappointed that I didn't record it. I hopped on the scale this morning and it's back where I was on March 10th(3 pound loss from Thursday...I don't get it. So now I feel better and motivated for the week, but I can't believe how a stupid number on a scale can change your mood so quickly... I'm taking a boxing class tonight, so I'm kind of excited for that. I'll let you know how it goes....Stay Motivated and have a great week everyone!!!
