Well I just wanted to check in to keep me on track. I seem to lose my way for a second, but come here to remind me to keep going. Since my last entry no real big issues. I've been eating well and working out daily. I've been really focusing on push ups and dips to try to get my arms toned. Stay motivated everyone and just take it day by day.

I ususally weigh myself every Friday...but tonight I'm going to dinner and a concert and I won't be home tomorrow morning to weigh myself on my scale....So I weighed myself this morning and I lost 1.2 pounds, and I'm happy about that. I don't expect the weight to come off fast...A 1-2 pound loss per week is what they say is good. So I'm on the right track. I will try my best to not go too overboard at dinner with food and drinks.

134.0 lb
lost so far:
1.4 lb
still to go:
9.0 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

Well I have to say these GNC pills are really helping....I worked out for about 2 hours yesterday. I usually only do about 30 mins cardio and then 15 min strength training, but I don't feel tired or lazy when I get off from work to go work out. I also haven't had any issues with my food either....This week = So Far, So Good....

Well my weekend was pretty good(food wise).....but I didn't exercise at all, unless you call walking around the mall exercise. I ordered these Energy and Metabolism Mutli-Vitamin from GNC and started taking them this morning....According to the website and reviews, they are supposed to give you energy...So I'm hoping this will help with my exercise this week because I've been having to drag myself on the treadmill all last week....I don't know if it its the pills or not but I'm not really feeling hungry today.....So we will see how the rest of the week goes....Let's stay motivated people!!!

Ok soooo I only lost .2 this week....but a loss is a loss right. I actually thought I would have gained since it was that time of the month. I was relieved to see differntly on the scale. I just have to keep pushing and pushing and not give up.
