10th/120 til eval
Thinking it's time to refresh my knowledge of Atkins Induction. Not sure how much fat is allowed daily. Been doing Atkins/modified which essentially means a low carb diet.
I made asparagus wrapped w prosciutto yesterday. It was delicious and a fun to eat. I'll repeat that a few times.
I had 3 pieces of polish sausage. ding ding ding. not worth it. When I entered into diary I didn't know it was going to put the fat off the chart. So, must get a better handle on my food intake and program.
I tanned, because I had my son drive me and I'll go to the gym just to use their strengthening machines when he drops off his gf. Works for me and him. I just don't want to drive in these frigid temps.
My body is sore so must be doing something right. Been home exercising. I need to amp my water intake and not so much at night. Had to get up once while sleeping, and I never have to get up once.
Bored w house cleaning (my means to a workout). It helped to amp the music around the house so I danced.
It's also time to figure out more of this site, which I'm not eager to do.
I'm good, just need a change up. Probably this weather is affecting my mood.

9th/121 til eval
Brrrrrr. Schools are closed again. Birthday today for the hubster. Triple torte chocolate cake lurks in the refrigerator! Lucky for this girl, no gluten and besides, I'm on a mission dam it!!!!
I'm staying indoors. Going to do a routine at home. I'm also going to go up & down the stairs a lot!
Boiling up some eggs so I have a staple on hand. Last night I ate fresh strawberries w lil crème. I cognitively knew I should have total protein w zero carbs. So, going to make sure I have better choices in the refrigerator placed next to the chocolate cake. hahaha
No steak dinner either, I'm going to make polish sausage w fried potatoes for the birthday guy. I'll have baked cauliflower and ?? I'll figure it out. Still having coffee, revving my engine.
My tan helps my self esteem. The combination of better choices of food intake, exercise, tanning and trying to look my best is motivating and helps keep me on track. I've been wearing my tight work out clothes around the house. They do not lie!
I broke my hand/wrist last May the first week we moved into out new home. After it was in a cast for 3 mos (this is my right hand....yes I'm right handed) I then had to have surgery on ot because the thumb tendon was about to snap. Fast forward, this is the first week my hand is up to speed to clean. yay! So I'm taking advantage of the frigid temps, staying indoors and either cleaning or throwing crap out. I hate clutter and I'm a firm believer of clearing your space so better things can enter. (Side note, my guys have been helping me all this time, my house isn't a scumbag place, there is a real difference of cleaning from a 16 yr old vs OCD me). I give thanks for everything.

7th/113 til eval
I changed up my heading from goal, to eval. This is definitely an ongoing life change and has been since losing the first 60 lbs, maintaining a year +, now finishing up the desired weight loss. Feels really great mentally, physically and spiritually. YAY! On my WAY!
Ok, journal time: This site is not that easy for me to manage. I love the site, but there could be some ease to navigating. Once I'm reading and wanting to rah a fellow loser, I can't seem to get back easily to view other notifications. I say this as I'm not ignoring, I just can't navigate. I still have to put the time aside to learn the food diary. It hasn't been a priority, but is becoming one. I entered a homemade mushroom soup, and it calc out as a bzillion fat. I know that is not true but just went w it for now.
No gym, or tan today, as planned. I have stairs! When I do laundry (in the basement) and bedrooms are 2+ flights up, it wrecks havoc on this decrepit knee. I'm burning, but not sure how much. Need to do crunches today and leg stretches and lifts. A few planks or in order. If you haven't planked, you are in for a treat! Maybe a wobbly treat.
Husband's family dinner is running off the track. So, not sure how I'm going to handle it. I made homemade GF meatballs. I don't want to eat at 8pm. Planed this for my daughter, as she won't be around on his actual birthday,(school & work commitments) and it's working out she's not available today til 8 (work). (sigh) and oh well. Think I'll go ahead w/o her and she can eat after her work. I don't have a cake so it's becoming a bust. subzero today w wind chill factor, this woman is staying put. ;D
I'm off and running so to speak. Housework is calling.
