Didn't do well this week, I should be grateful the scale went down and not up.
You know it seems like the older you are the harder it is to lose weight.
I thought I was doing pretty good on my food choices I don't eat anything like I used to as I make healthy choices now. I think it's got to be the portion size so I will work on that. I walk every day at least 40mins. (brisk) go to the gym 3 times a week 2hrs at a time so what the heck is going on here.lol
Beautiful day today I think I will work in my garden, that's my therapy for the day. :)

Taken the dogs for a nice brisk walk and now I am going to get ready to go to the Pet Expo with my daughter. I wish I lived on a farm or home with a huge yard that way I could rescue a couple more dogs.

I am tired so much going on and alot to take care of. Oh!! well enough griping.
I did get a response from FS they told me to log out of fatsecret.com, then sign in to another FS site such as fatsecret.ca, then sign out again and sign in to fatsecret.com & I should see the pictures, sorry no help it does work if you stay signed into fatsecret.ca though. They did say they were working on the problem and apologized for any inconvenience.

This is very annoying no pictures again today. This has yo be a FS problem when I receive an email I can see the picture.
Well I am off to the gym for 2hrs yoga & spin it's a good thing I have already walked my dogs.
I am having trouble getting my mind set to not eat to much but I am working on it. The power of positive thinking that's what I have to get to. lol :)
