What a lovely day it is today, I have already walked my dogs a couple of miles and it feels great. I think I will work in my garden later on and maybe give my dogs a bath if it's warm enough.

I don't know whats up with me I just can't seem to sit and write in my journal. I read what everyone writes but I just can't be bothered logging an entry. I actually decided to have a glass of wine and relax and here I am.
I am tired though it's been along day now all I need to do is make dinner and my hubby would like a pizza, I think that will go okay with my wine.
Have to get a move on take care everyone.

Sorry I haven't done much logging in my journal for awhile, I have been reading all your journal entries though. I think I was in a rut or alittle depressed anyway, I am going to try and do better since my hubby is doing so much better. Didn't really pay to much attention to what I was eating so I did gain some, but now I am back on track, thank goodness. Have a blessed and lovely Sunday everyone.

I knew it I blew it.): I didn't really follow the program. It's hard I am having trouble focusing on my good eating habits. I was unable to workout at the gym for 3 weeks couldn't really leave the house my hubby needed drops every hour on the hour, but that is no excuse I could have done more at home, I just wasn't in to it. Hope to do way better this week now that I am back to the gym. Have a great Sunday everyone.
