Happy Easter :) Hope you all have a blessed day with family and friends.
I knew I was eating larger portions & it showed on my weigh in.Well the scale stayed the same, I know I should be happy it didn't go up. I think I get alittle cocky because I am doing well and loosing weight I can eat more. WELL!! I have learned my lesson.
Today will be a challenge though with all the food.:)

Hello there all my FS Buddies & Friends!!! Beautiful day walked the dogs at the right time (6:30am)went to the gym for 2hrs, Precore Machine and Zumba Tone felt great only I am alittle sore from my Yoga class yesterday. I have decided to cut back on my calorie intake as it seems to be creeping up on me. I just have to be stronger and walk away from the table.:) Have a good day everyone.

Good morning all!!! took a very early walk with my dogs it was great alittle dark though (that's what happens when when you don't see the time right) lol. Good grief I could have had more time in bed.

Feeling alot better today more invigorated after my 2hr brisk trail walk with my dogs. Hope everyone is doing well and staying motivated as we meet our challenges to lose weight.
I am trying to prep my new border garden to plant succulents as we are going to be on water restrictions due to the drought conditions here in CA.:)

Hello everyone, I am so thrilled with my weigh in I have actually gone below 150 I haven't been there in years, I do hope this shows better on my blood work in a couple of weeks. Sorry I haven't been posting to my journal for a few days, to much going on & I just didn't have the time to sit at the computer.
We have a lovely day today & it's always good to just relax on a Sunday and maybe work outside. Have a great day everyone.
