Got some progress happening again, that makes me happy. I have realised that the weight loss method I have adopted is low carb not Keto after listening to a podcast where a nutritionist was explaining the difference. Pure keto involves eating more fat than I am comfortable with.

At last a little more progress. The hardest thing is as the weight loss slows my temptation to snack has got stronger. I've not caved in to the temptations though.

I might be stuck on a plateau again but one good thing I've noticed is that my resting heart rate has lowered to a healthier pace. This never happened the last time I dieted, I've been stricter with carbs this time and cut back on caffeine and I think that's helped.

Stuck again, such a pain in the butt, my weight loss has definitely slowed. I've been sticking with the diet and trying to exercise but that got a bit impossible when my son caught the dreaded Rona from his girlfriend and I became a close contact. I'm vax-free due to having multiple medical contraindications but my immune system has been a champion, I've not even had a sniffle. I guess all the Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, Zinc and other supplements have done a good job.

Well another mini goal achieved. I have now managed to shed 1/4 of my original body weight, it's hard to believe. Still sticking to the low-carb/keto style diet and eating smaller portions. To be honest I don't get hungry eating this way. I just wish I could convince my kids, particularly my two sons, to cut down on softdrinks. They never had softdrinks much growing up but now they are both working they pay homage to Coca Cola everyday. My youngest is overweight and knows that with the physical job he has all he would need to do is cut back on sugars a bit to lose weight, but sugar is convenient and addictive I guess.
