THE SCALE HAS MOVED!!! OMG, I am so flipping excited this morning! I am down another 3 lbs. Whoop whoop.
I also started back with my trainer yesterday and I can already feel it this morning.
I'm so happy. Moving in the right direction. It's so difficult and I feel like I want to quit all the time because it's so hard. I keep telling myself it's a marathon and not a sprint to get to my goal.

I am losing my mojo. I haven't worked out in a week. I ran out of sessions with my trainer and haven't even made an attempt to do it alone. I need to do something to get my act back on track. I do not want to do like i always do and lose, then gain it all back. I even went to Cracker Barrel last night.....I ate a chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and even had a biscuit with apple butter. TOTAL CHEAT! Quick, i need an intervention!!!!!!!
Today, I am making up for it. I will make up for that crap and get back on track. I will do this!
Now, i need to just text my trainer and schedule some time this week with her.
Damn you will power.......Oh who am I kidding...damn you.

Well, the pounds are still SLOWLY coming off. Even with all the life that is happening around me.
Personal trainer is going great. I absolutely LOVE her and the workouts. I keep having to convince myself that this weight didn't just jump on this small frame overnight and it is going to take time for it to go away. Either way, I will take the 1lb of weight and try to keep positive. Muscle weighs more than fat and I can see the changes in the mirror.
One more pound towards the goal.

Well, I hired a personal trainer. After three days of intense workouts with her I get a few days of rest from her, but off to work for the next 6 I go. I can honestly say that I am dreading going to work. It's the end of the week and I am pretty sure that the hospital is quite full with the snowbirds being down here and all.
I am feeling a little depressed today. My husband and I are having some difficulties, but like most of our problems this too shall pass. His words really make me doubt myself. It's just not cool. I really feel that today I just need something. Something to keep me motivated. A word? A feeling? I don't know. Lord please give me the strength that I need today and moving forward.
Sigh.
