Ok...clearly, I am not perfect. Today is an example of that.
I live in a family run by Carbivors. Especially the hubby. He is adapting and eating what I feed him, but still.....he longs for his sweets.
Oh and he is one of those I can eat anything and stay fit bodies.
So, he wanted a sweet after his dinner.
He requested a trip to Sonic, which i declined.
Instead I made him cookies. Oatmeal, raisin, chocolate chip cookies.
I resisted.......for a bit. The smell was intoxicating. DAMN IT!
I went to get a drink, and i took a bite of a cookie. Then I ate two.
THEY WERE DELICIOUS.
My family is hindering me.
Tomorrow is another day.
I worked out today. i will restart tomorrow. I do have a rule, that I follow to the T. I will not eat a cookie that is not warm from the oven. So, I will be safe tomorrow. Damn that smelling of awesomeness......
I am human and I also love cookies. Damn it.

Wow. I can't believe I have lost another 2 pounds of weight. I have been following my diet plan pretty close, but I am not perfect.
I haven't cheated on foods at all, it has been a drink here or there of vodka. Plus, I love wine...RED WINE. Not the sweet stuff either. Since I adore it I refuse to give it up completely in my life. Which is why I am allowing myself to have some once a week. It just seems unrealistic to completely eliminate the things you love completely. It opens you up to temptation and cheating. No thank you. I would rather be successful than fail all over again.
I did make one change in my habits. I have made the decision to add a super probiotic and a digestive enzyme to my daily ritual. One of the reasons in my past attempts with Atkins I always stopped because my gut began to hurt. I figured, if i fix my gut and my digestive problem in the beginning, then I will be successful.
Who knows...it is all an unknown journey at this point and I am thrilled to be on this ride.
Best of luck everyone!

Today is Day one of starting over. Let myself gain back all my past weight and then some. I have given myself a realistic goal of getting to my goal weight of 120 lbs in one year.
I am tired of being fat, I am tired of hiding my rolls and buying baggy t-shirts to cover them. I am beautiful and THIS IS NOT MY STORY!!!
Wish me luck.

Well, I wasn't sure how much weight I was actually going to lose this weeks, because I had my ups and downs with it being finals week. I didn't follow the diet 100%, but what's done is done and I still lost weight. Anything in the opposite direction is a win for me so I will take it.
