Why can't I move past the 130kgs mark? It's been a jail sentence. :( I eat less than 1440 cals for the last 2 weeks and I'm STILL stuck here. 😫

I've been playing with the same damn kilos. But not this time. My 35th year on this planet will be spent RIGHT! Learning to live a healthy and balanced way, that suits ME! It's only Day 2, but I never give up. This year, I WILL lose 40kg!!

It's very easy to be negative and spiral into self-hate when I log my weight. It is not moving. I play up and down between 131-135kg. It's fucking exhausting when all I want to be is 75kg. This week I'm going to do something different. On Saturdays, I inject Ozempic. For 24-36 hours afterwards, I want to eat EVERYTHING! And then my Monday/Tuesdays are spent vomiting, diarrhea and stomach cramps. It's basically a trend now and we need to change the sequence of things:
1. Do hypnosis therapy on Saturdays/Sundays to prevent binge-eating and crazy cravings.
2. Drink lots of water on Saturdays/Sundays.
3. Eat small portions - potentially pre-cooked meals.
4. Prevent hypos & hypers.
5. Exercise Saturdays/Sundays.

Day 1 done of eliminating dairy, wheat and nightshade vegetables. It also helped that I had insane nausea and gastro (still have). I'm trying to heal my sinus allergies by reducing inflammatory foods. Recently I've been going hard on cheese, jalapeños and wheat. My sinuses have never been this messed up. So, I'm cutting it out for a month to see how my body feels... My sinus symptoms today were intense, throbbing pain behind my eyes and eyebrows. My head feels dizzy at times. My acid reflux is out of control. Ontop of acid reflux pil, I need to drink bicarb in water. It helps a little bit. Keen to see the changes within 4 weeks.
