Alright then! I guess I haven't been to terrible honest with myself about what I need to do. I am more concerned with what others in my house are eating and doing than I am for myself. The last couple of months I have been 'attempting' to lose weight and again I sabotaged myself. I did however, lose about 10 lbs.

This is a new week and a new day. I am going to try my hardest to eat as many calories as I am suppose to and I am going to either walk, run or work out with the wii fitplus or my Jillian Micheals game. Either way I plan on seeing a weight loss this week. I will however be bad and weigh myself daily - it seems to help keep myself in check with what I am doing.

Absolutely love having sugar free jello whipped with whip cream after it has set, then add some cream cheese to it. It tastes like cheese cake when you have moved into OWL there are some peanut butter cookies that you can crumble up to make the crust. Yum Yum
I also like the floats I like to try different diet pop with it to - orange is really good(I like to freeze the whipped cream for a bit before I put it in the glass)
