Another day of tracking complete. Went way over my caloric goal today because we went out with friends. But I still made some great choices and that's huge! 💪😘
I just keep reminding myself that every decision is a step towards my goal or a step away from it. I have an issue with binge eating...but I'm finding I have a better handle on it than I used to. 😊 So thankful! Being kinder to myself has been key!🔑
Weigh day is Monday so hopefully I'll do well this weekend. I find that Monday weigh-in's help me stay mindful over the weekends!😎👍

My lunch today was Progresso Light chicken noodle soup with a green apple and peanut butter! Soup already eaten but I thought my apple looked pretty as a picture! 😍LOL P.S. Can you guess what my favorite color is?💜

Today I tracked my food and stayed under my caloric goal. Really happy about that.😁
Since I've gained all this weight I only have two pair of pants that I can wear to work. But this morning I couldn't find either one. So had to wear a pair that was way too small for me and boy did I hate that feeling!😞 My stomach hurt all day and I had red marks around my waist. I finally had to unbutton them just to be comfortable!😱
But I'm hopeful, right now, that my mindset has changed for good. I have to accept I will always have to watch what I eat. Weight loss is not going to be a fair-weather friend! I will make better decisions about food and exercise ...and this time next year I'll be alot more comfortable in my skin!😘

I tracked my food today! First time in a long time!💪😁 I want it to just become habit and not a chore.💜
Tomorrow I plan on renewing our membership at our favorite gym! But first I have to cancel the membership where we're at now.😝 We've maybe used it three times all year. Just not a comfortable atmosphere for us. All the equipment is way too close together.😳😬🙄

Happy Monday!!!💜🌻💜
So today I brought my water bottle and walking shoes to work.😁 Seems like no big deal but those two items were a regular part of my workday once upon a time. A 30 min brisk walk each day and keeping hydrated made a huge difference in my life!🤗 It's amazing how the small healthy decisions we make have such a huge effect in how we feel!💕
I'm tired of feeling so heavy, tired of my knees hurting, tired of feeling older than I am as I go up and down stairs and sitting myself down in chairs, tired of feeling self-conscious😳, tired of looking at my stomach getting rounder and rounder, tired of not being able to wear any of my clothes😞, and finally I'm tired of feeling sorry for myself!😝 This is going to be my year for change! A change in my way of life!🙏💞
