I tracked breakfast but after we got to my in-laws I just simply gave up.😳 It became too difficult.
They had hamburgers and hotdogs at their home for lunch...with all the fixings but after waiting for everyone (my sister-in-law) to get there....I was starving and snacking on cookies or whatever I could find.😞 And when it was time to eat...the last thing on my mind was "moderation"! So I ate and ate and got frustrated with myself and ate some more.😞 I never do well when we visit my in-laws. It's not their fault...its me. Ugh...😞

Help! 😨 My dear sweet father-in-law is taking us to a pizza buffet for lunch (Stevi-B's)! I love their pizza, so I know I need to get my thoughts in the right place before I go in. I don't want this to be stressful. I need a game plan! Any ideas?🙏💕

I did well all day until I got home. Long story short...I got some mildly upsetting news. So when I got home and dinner wasn't ready yet I lost control...and ate my emotions.😔 It was my first binge of the year.💔 I don't want to start this cycle again!🙏 I'm tracking all I can remember but its hard because I kinda zone out.😳
Tomorrow we're visiting family and I'm not sure how I'll do but I'll track everything the best I can and be mindful!💕 I will not be unkind to myself! I'm letting the bad choices of today go and holding on to the good ones!💕
1. Tracked all day.
2. Hit the gym.
3. Spent quality time with my husband and children.
4. Talked on the phone with my Mama and my best friend.
Today was a good day!😎👍

I can't believe I'm doing as well as I am! Another great day!💕 I know I can do better, like drinking more water, but I'm very proud of myself.
The weekend is coming and I'm nervous about how that's going to go.😬 But I'll do my best and make sure to track!💪😊 Monday morning weigh-in's help keep me in line!😎
P.S. I'm also proud of myself for avoiding toxic people and toxic situations this go-around. This time I'm actually working towards losing weight for myself and not for anyone else!💕

Another good day under my caloric goal💜 but no real exercise. But I did try. You see... I have a very talkative coworker that wants to chat whenever he sees me walking.😒 I don't want to hurt his feelings or have any tension at work so....ugh....😞
Anyway, hoping for a better day tomorrow! 😘💕
