Roasted spaghetti squash with spaghetti sauce and ground beef. Love it! The hubster knows what he's doing!😋
🙋Update: Today was a good day!💕 Stayed under my caloric goal, got in some exercise, and enjoyed food I love! Balance and accountability is everything!💪😊

Slow going....😞 I know I need to increase my water and be more disciplined with what I eat. More mindful of what I eat I should say. Steady on!

Last night we had a late New Year's party with family.🎉🎉🎉 I tracked my food all day and hit the gym for the first time in a long time!💪😁 But by the time it was time to eat with everyone...I was very hungry. My cousin's wife makes some interesting dishes because she is from Indonesia. 😋 So I didn't track my dinner. One because it was complicated dishes but the other reason was I lost my control because we were having a good time.😜 But overall I feel good because I made good choices throughout my day and I know that makes a difference!💕
