So proud of myself. Stayed WELL within my calorie allowance! And I ate out TWICE! At fast food places. And attended a b/day party AND had icecream!!
See, everything is possible :D. Anything is possible. May not have eaten clean. But I did clean 50% of the day :D And that is good :D

ai. K Day over and I stayed below maintenance and below rec calorie on fat secret. but not below my own 1600 goal. Which is fine.
Today will be another challenge trying to stay within or below rec cals as I am going out for FRIED fish lunch with the parentals. Family time. Its killing me :) And b/day dinner tonight after hike.
At least I'll be gettting some exercise today :D
but im happy. And thats all that matters really.

This weekend is going to be a challenge. Yes, I am still in deficit today. But not within my GOAL deficit.
And tomorrow I will be outside, dehydrated, bored and with all the most tempting foood around. I'll just have to eat a lot of fruit. Stay away from the chips etc.
Its going to be a HUGE challenge!!
And now I hear on Sunday we're eating out for lunch! my god!!! its very stressful. But I'll just have to do the best I can.

ai, jai, jai!! new day, new start!
I have my SPECIFIC goals. Im MOTIVATED! I didnt want to go to gym this morning, reckon next week is the REAL start of my new training programme, but i went anyway and as usual, i did not regret it. ran a bit slower, but i did my time. so. Need to get ready for that race on 10 April. booking a massage for the 11th and going shopping for new running shoes.

I am sleeping for 7-8 hrs per day

WEEKLY GOALS:
Weigh-in every Friday, no matter what. Its a result.

I am training 5 - 6 days per week
