Schedule today is 12 to 9. Trying hard to regulate my meals, not always easy when working shift work. New goal is to look good in a bathing suit this summer, which means that I have to start exercising. Going to give that a go starting Monday (possibly Tuesday as we have a holiday on Monday). Have an eliptical trainer set up dstaring me inthe face - that should help :)

K - fell off the wagon for about 2 months there but only went up one pound (:O)but thats ok. Starting anew......here we go. Work schedule is 12 to 9.

Things are progressing - not recording food or exercise any more because it's all basically the same each day - still having issues with the weekends/days off work but I'm slowly getting there:)

Had my first dietition class tonight - pretty informative - found out that my total carb intake isn't as bad as I thought - gotta take away the fibre from the total carbs and that is my active carbs. Pretty good stuff.
