I am very excited with my last weigh in, it means my diet, my theories, my advice, my vitamins, getting advice from WebMD is working. I know how to get the weight off, I have let people know how, on fatsecret, so everybody here just do what I have advised or forget the whole exercise!

My weight continues to slowly come down, I know my diet is working but once again I reiterate, keep off saturated fats, sugars and watch your sodium levels!
Do not eat chips and lollies and do not drink sugar drinks such as coke, never ever!

I have been following my own advice, its paying off, it won't be long before I get to my goal weight!
I have said it before, I will say it again, keep off sugar, saturated fats, do the exercise and your weight will come off.
