My faith in WebMD is paying off, I dropped another .4kg, once again I reiterate, keep to a proper diet, keep fit or forget the whole exercise!

I am so glad I have found someone who acknowledges my advice about WebMD, sometimes I wonder what people are doing on here, all I seem to see are people wanting to have a chat about how they don't seem to know what to do! If my fellow members join WebMD and follow their guidelines they will never look back.
The best part is that this publication from America is entirely free!
