Skipped the gym the last couple days due to cramps. Couldn’t even bring myself to do my running. 🙁 Hopefully today will be better but not sure. I’ve still been tracking my calories though but I probably won’t see a loss because diet alone doesn’t give me results.

Does anyone here have gut issues with Erythritol? My stomach and intestines have been feeling bad on and off and I’m almost certain my protein powder is the culprit. It used to have stevia in it which I was fine with but the new one has this other artificial sweetener in it and when I did some quick Googleing it said that some people are sensitive to it. It also said that it can cause blood clots when consumed in large amounts.
