Still doing good! Exercised and ate well today! Still motivated and not tempted to eat junk. Well so far at least. I know I will have weaknesses, I just have to push through them this time and not give in, because for me, giving in is giving up. I am sick of being fat. I want to be fit! Sexy. Or at least start to feel sexy, because it has been a long time since I have felt sexy. A long time.

Forgot again to weigh in! Just remembered right now! Well, I did great eating today. I even felt that little feeling of change, like I felt thinner for a moment today. I love that feeling! I have a long way to go before I actually feel sexy, but today I had a spark. But I want to be ON FIRE!!! I will do good tomorrow too! I got some physical activity today, but I need much more and much more often!

Forgot to weigh in today! Oops! I spent most of the day shopping! Exausting! Nothing looks right on me! Obviously I wanted all the cute stuff that was much smaller or would look better on a much smaller person! But! I did get a pair of pants that was size 16 instead of 18! 18 was super comfy but 16 was more snug and not uncomfy, so I got them and hope to have them fit looser, as with all the clothes I have ever bought! I ate well enough today, considering I barely ate for the first part of the day until I got a headache. Even after that I didn't have time to eat until it was almost dinner, so I just waited til dinner. And then I didn't gorge myself at dinner, so I am happy with myself. I plan to take the kids out tomorrow for some tennis. Or what would be an attempt at tennis! Just fun and active! Good luck too to whoever actually read this!
