3 pounds away from losing 20 pounds! Come on me?! Lets get with it! Hit that milestone and keep going lower!!! I want al teast a two pound loss this week!

Only lost 1 pound this week. Well, it's something! I have been slacking a little on workouts and a little less strict on my eating, but still doing great with my eating I think! Compared to the damage I COULD be doing with food! I just need to try harder. Workout harder. Be more determined.

No workout today. Was super busy otherwise! Ate too much dinner. But got a great workout yesterday and will get a good one tomorrow!

Still doing good! Had pizza for dinner last night. Not too often do we have pizza now, but I stuck to two pieces and I was stuffed! Felt a little too full, but I didn't let myself feel too bad about it. Then today, I just HAD to get some exercise! So I was able to go out for a jog by myself! No kids!(Hubby was home) Just me! Me time! Thinking time, but I didn't do much of that, I mostly talked to God in my thoughts because I really needed to because I was very sad. I felt great after my jog/walk! 35mins and about 15mins of it was jogging. So happy I did! One thing that brought me down this weekend and gave me a hopeless feeling was seeing pics of myself. Here I am feeling good, feeling like I am looking better, but pics of me are NOT true to those feelings. But instead of letting it get me down and make me feel hopeless, I will just keep going... alot of hard work and dicipline.
