started I.F again as its always worked well for me personally also cardio before breakfast but only walking. I'm also upping my N.E.A.T by finding random things to do constantly throughout the day. In fact i may have to up my calories as im using the usual 1850 and finding i'm losing weight a little too quickly . I have added some different supplements to my routine so its possible one of them is having some unknown effect either way i'll keep an eye on it.

sssoooooo finally on track again after the break up . im feeling good , training hard , mentally unusual and it all suits me fine . had a kilo of cashew nuts delivered today which made me smile , now i just have to resist eaten too many lol . All the best everyone - Stay strong :)

my weight has dropped back to 163lb after some ups and downs in my relationship so its a good start to be back where i left off weight wise. . My goal weight is 11st or just under by Christmas so shouldnt be a problem as im eating well , training hard and feeling much happier :) . All the best People

After a few ups and downs its back on track . so a nice result and i'm off to the local theatre today to see Bram stokers Dracula , prior to that is my treat eat ( 2 pieces of fudge lol ) . have an awesome day everyone good luck with your eating plans and training plans :) . Lord I Dont want an abundance of wealth or fame - just a faithful woman or a scruffy dog , both / either must be a little warped and crazy though ;)
