Greetings and felicitations to all my FatSecret buddies.
Instead of being depressed during the holidays (my food diary reflects my red wine increase as of late), I have decided to make Christmas my own. Next week, I am getting a tree, lights and music - perhaps a smattering of rum and eggnog for the finishing touch. I am just sick of my moods and holidays running me.
Anywho, happy holidays, merry Christmas, Hannukah, Kwanzaa, duck worship or whatever happens at this time!

Trying to break the 200 lb boundary. It is SO SLOW. the first 40 lbs practically fell off, but it is true work, dedication and pure meanness that is keeping me going toward my goal of 180 lbs.

Still holding. I think the exersize rates are too high, because I am a LOT more active than what I record and still am stuck at 205.
