I work 2nd shift (3:30pm to 12am), and I have 2 to 3 small meals before coming to work. If you look at my diet calendar, it appears I pig out at breakfast. What does everybody else do eating 4 and 5 meals a day, not including snacks? Just a little curious.

Bummer. Up a pound. Come on body! I increased my intake like you wanted - give me a scale break!

I have been instructed to eat more as my body was in "stavation" mode and wouldn't drop any more weight - so, my weight will probably go up for 2 to 3 days, then start to drop again (I hope and pray).
Bad time to weigh every day, as it frustrates me to work so hard and see negative results - but I pledged the challenge, and I will see it through. *sigh*

Interesting... I have been told to eat more because my current plateau may be caused by "starvation mode".
I feel SO guilty when I go above 1000 calories. Plus I am used to a low intake - I've been doing it since early July.
It is disheartening to see the scale not moving. I used to look forward every night to stepping on the scale - now I feel trepidation.
I'll give it another week and try something different, although I have read that plateaus end eventually without having to change anything.
