Zheckman's Journal, 11 July 2011

Ok, so the scale said 146.8 or was it 148.6... Either way it is right around the corner and I am in the home stretch! My feet feel great, haven't had any pain and am now wearing sandals again, missed those! I have been running outside, only because I didn't have access to a gym but tried pushing myself by doing interval training up and down some pretty steep hills on bull creek preserve in Austin Texas. Beautiful place, and with the heat up around 100 degrees it is easy to sweat the weight off! Going home today...need to hit the gym every day and twice when I have the weekend. Spoke to my daughter and running together might be an option....at least to get her ready for band camp.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
